FOE 3296 Port Charlotte Eagles presented a check Virginia B Andes Volunteer Community Clinic. We were given a tour and are impressed what amazing services they provide free. This has to be one of the best kept secrets in our county. The Doctors volunteer time, wow. Thanks to everyone that helped raise the funds that we donated.
