Secondly, we would like to assure you J&K Café will NOT be closed based on your responses.
We are looking into the available options. Some ideas that were suggested have already been thoroughly reviewed and feel they will not work, but any input is important to us.
There is a committee in place addressing outside smoking & drinking options. A notification of when the final proposal will be presented to the members at an Aerie meeting for your approval will be sent via email.
As for the person or persons who pushed this issue on their own or collectively without considering the oath they took or the other members, they should remember that we have elected officers to handle these things. We are governed by the organization’s By-Laws and Constitution. What happened is not in the best interest of this Aerie and can cause problems for them as members and our organization as a whole, both financially and personally.
We are trying to make sure everyone is important and has a great experience while at the Aerie !!
